System One Administrative Assistant in Brandon, South Dakota
Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Brandon, SD Hours/Schedule: 8-5 M-F Type: 8 month contract Pay: $25-30/hour (depending upon expeirence) Must Haves:
High level of attention to detail; MS Office proficiency - Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, NetMeeting and Outlook;
Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral;
Good multi-tasking skills; Self-starter w/good organizational skills; Possess discretion and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Coordinate client visits
Coordinate new hire orientations
Assist with scheduling candidates for interviews
Assist with record keeping
Host meetings
Other duties as assigned
