Primary Function
Work closely with staff and clients to conceptualize, develop and execute creative digital media solutions. Pitch, write, produce and PM brand and executive videos. Serve as initial point of contact for all new projects coming into the studio. Assign projects for execution and function as on-site representative ensuring that contractual responsibilities are met.
Duties & Responsibilities
Produce substantive video productions from concept through completion
Collaborate with staff and clients or work individually to develop original, thematic, and appropriate treatments and scripts for corporate video projects, offer creative solutions for each project
Oversee all phases of projects including pre-production, production and post-production including: creative brief and direction, research, scriptwriting/storyboarding, technical planning, voice-overs, editing, special effects, graphics
Oversee studio and field production
Interview subjects on or off camera. Provide guidance to non-actor talent to achieve strong on-camera performances
Manage crucial stages of the project such as discovery, shoot days, key edit days, client approvals, final delivery and follow up
Proactively build relationships with clients and staff to facilitate efficient communications and to promote the capabilities of the group
Oversee budgets for media projects and live events. Maintain archive of all budgets and actualize labor and equipment charges upon completion
Manage and track edit schedules, audio and studio schedule, remote location shoots and projects
Seek efficiencies with cost and time. Assist with research and test new options for production operations support
Travel for production as needed (

Skills & Qualifications
Customer service orientation; professional presence and superior client relationship skills
Excellent pitching and creative brainstorming skills; capable of building collaboration between teams, getting consensus on concepts and driving projects with flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach
Ability to intuitively guide live production, event process, and give effective creative direction
Ability to switch from one project to another quickly and effectively; ability to quickly prioritize and reorganize events, projects and resources
Ability to work effectively with executive leaders, senior management and production colleagues in a corporate environment
Fully capable of accurate time and resource budgeting, assigning effective and efficient resources for various project types
Command of modern digital video production, equipment, and processes
Energy, enthusiasm, and initiative
Ability to manage direct reports and contractors in an open space environment
Ability to prepare cost-effective production, event budgets, and apply creative solutions
Ability to manage and resolve conflict
Proficient in MS Office including Outlook and Excel
Familiarity with various production and accounting software desired
Must have a commitment to excellence and to ongoing education in video production and to the mastery of their craft
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere preferred
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Video/Film Production, Communications, Business, or related field is required
Leadership initiative and direct supervisory experience
7+ years’ experience in corporate creative or media, agency experience preferred
