MOUNTAIN, LTD. is seeking a ROW Agent to work in the Waitsfield, VT area, Part-Time!

This individual must be capable of understanding routine engineering and of providing administrative support and interfacing with municipalities. Verifying and updating client records in an accurate and timely manner. Requires a minimum of two years’ experience in ROW for telecom.
Right of way agent must be capable of reading/interpreting engineering drawings and legal descriptions and qualified to search titles, perform basic appraisals, and negotiate right-of-way documents within constraints predetermined by the client for obtaining rights-of-way, easements, and permits necessary for placement of voice/data plant on private/government owned property.
