Primary Function
Our Fortune 100 tech client is seeking a Nurture Program Specialist for their Integrated Marketing team. The person in this role would be responsible for managing a Nurture program consisting of audience contact acquisition, email marketing, Eloqua landing pages for campaigns, launches, events, webinars, and other initiatives and automating a series of Nurture tactics for engagement to lead and opportunity conversion with their Sales team.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
$85,000 - $100,000 annually
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborating with the Nurture program strategist to understand vision and direction
Developing Nurture programs and frameworks to automate lead generation from diverse sources
Segmenting leads and executing tailored campaigns for different pools
Serving as the Marketing Automation Champion to the Demand Generation team, supporting global campaigns and regional coordination
Managing timelines for Nurture program rollouts and ensuring adherence to schedules
Monitoring progress of marketing initiatives, enforcing project timelines, and facilitating information sharing across teams
Gathering and prioritizing marketing requirements across campaigns, launches, events, and other initiatives
Coordinating with content owners and market segment managers to develop Nurture journey content, messaging, imagery, and CTAs
Liaising with the client and agency management leads to ensure effective briefs and completion of Nurture work
Collaborating with marketing automation teams and agencies to advance Eloqua email frameworks and logic
Assisting with lead generation automation, marketing attribution tracking, and ensuring optimal performance of MarTech and RevOps tools
Facilitating Eloqua uploads from events, Sales engagements, and other sources
Working with paid media teams for pixel creation and guiding or building UTM parameters for tracking campaign tactics
Participating in quality assurance testing and stakeholder reviews, including legal and brand evaluations
Collaborating with analytics teams to monitor, execute, and report on Nurture business results
Ensuring inclusion of Nurture content in the client’s editorial calendars and campaign plans
Documenting lead process flows and ensuring appropriate staffing for automation
Providing guidance to lead development (LDR) and Sales development reps (SDR) on lead handoff protocols
Regularly communicating plans, results, and learnings to stakeholders
Generating weekly reports on projects and workstreams
Utilizing Agile marketing methods for team prioritization and communication
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and coordinate across teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and reporting
Ability to work remotely and independently, with preference for candidates located in the Phoenix area
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3+ years’ experience in integrated marketing and lead generation automation
Eloqua, Adobe, CRM, and marketing automation experience required
