System One has partnered with a rapidly expanding PEO firm that is seeking a highly motivated and well-connected individual to join their team as the Market President for OKC. This role is perfect for someone with a high level of success looking to take the next leap in their career and create lifelong residual income.
Key Responsibilities
Introduce the PEO solution to business contacts and represent the brand at community and business events.
Hunt for new business opportunities and perform in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented culture.
Expand and manage a team.
Qualifications
8-15 years proven track record of success in the local Oklahoma City market, specifically selling to C-level business contacts.
Well-regarded in the business community with a strong network of high-level contacts.
Proven experience in hunting new business and performing in an entrepreneurial growth-oriented culture.
Benefits
Work remotely with full support from the PEO in terms of marketing, training, lead generation, and business development efforts.
Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, commission, bonus, and marketing budget.

Compensation range: $140,000 - $160,000 base, with heavy upside for commission and bonus.
