This position is responsible for providing expertise in combustion and thermal applications, providing installation, optimization, and repair for new and/or existing systems along with testing and inspection services.
Qualifications
Energetic, customer-focused, team player with a willingness to help others
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
High school g raduate/GED certificate required
Vocational-Technical or trade school preferred or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Completion of ISA course II & III preferred while continuing to work toward III
Must be a safe driver with a clean driving record and Oklahoma driver’s license
Ability to potentially travel nationwide to complete projects
Responsibilities and Requirements
Travel to interstate locations as needed to perform inspections
Project completion from design to start up and commissioning
Be able to label with ISA names and configure all major system components
Create and upload/download PLC and HMI configurations in Allen-Bradley
Interrogate and troubleshoot PLC and HMI configurations and make minor changes to correct field discovered issues.
Tune and operate Loop and Logic control systems
Be able to make redlines for electrical and P&ID drawings
Advanced understanding of Electrical Principles and Implementation of Control Devices
Advanced experience working with PLC, Field Instrumentation, Transmitters, RTD/TC - Required
Advanced PLC knowledge – Required
NFPA 85 / 86 / 87 Document Knowledge – Preferred
