Pay Rate: $18.00 - $30.00 Hourly OT40
Work Schedule: 4/10 - 2nd Shift

Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous Cable Assembler to join our team in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will perform a diverse range of assembly tasks involving both repetitive and non-repetitive operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. These may include modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly operations using hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws, following diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
Conduct continuity checks on work in progress and completed assemblies.
Conduct quality inspections during the processing line to ensure adherence to specifications.
Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies under simulated conditions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in electronic or mechanical assembly preferred.
Ability to interpret diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
