Position Summary
He/she produces the SAP-ECC process documentation and work instructions required for the operation, and support of the products and systems in compliance with the commitments (quality, costs, deadlines, safety) and the associated documentary standards.
Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility Create work instructions for SAP functions Responsible for conducting editing of professional documents for content, format, flow and integrity in conformance with best practices Responsible for identifying additional or missing materials required to deliver documentation Responsible for editing written copy, researching and writing professional documents, including program reports and procedures, technical documentation and training materials
Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language
Prior knowledge and experience in process mapping and documentation writing.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience of process mapping and documentation writing with intimate SAP knowledge.
Create work instructions for SAP functions
